There is no ticket queue, no chatbot, and no phone tree. Email goes to the person who built rents.ai and runs his own rentals on it. If you are trusting a tool with your books, you should know who answers when something goes wrong.
Answered within one business day, Monday to Friday. Most email gets a reply the same day. If something is broken and costing you money, say so in the subject line and it jumps the line.
Include your account email and, if it helps, the property or screen you were on. You never need to send a bank statement, a password, or a card number - we will not ask for any of them.

Found a vulnerability? Tell us before you tell anyone else, at security@rents.ai. We don't run a paid bounty, but we'll credit you if you'd like. The rest of what we do with your data is written out on the security page.
